ID Technologies MINIMAG Compact Intelligent Swipe Reader for Magnetic StripesThe MINIMAG™ Intelligent Swipe Reader by IDTech® is designed for POS and desktop applications where space is at a premium. This fully intelligent swipe reader can be programmed to divide, rearrange, edit, and validate fields of magnetic card data. It automatically distinguishes between AAMVA and CA DMV formats, and reads up to three tracks of information with a single swipe in either direction. Its standard-length slot makes it simple to use. Use the MINIMAG as a free-standing unit, or permanently mounted using the threaded inserts in the bottom of the reader. Sporting a small, compact footprint, the MINIMAG swipe reader features a tri-colored LED that signals a successful read.
