- Help you repair in-game distorted or missing textures as well as clipping and video artifacts on the game
- Troubleshoot distorted audio playback, intermittent video playback and low video frame rate
- Troubleshoot and help you repair sudden image loss and frozen image during in-game play
- Help repair freezing of game and any error messages impeding appropriate gameplay, including black and blue screens

We know that we won’t be able to fix all issues in all games so we have a No fix, No fee policy in place to ensure your satisfaction. If you believe a covered issue was not resolved, you must inform us within 3 days of the service and we will perform additional service to try to resolve the problem or issue a refund if we agree that we cannot resolve the covered issue.
