DELL Dell - Advanced Home Installation with Wall Mounting 33-inch and over

This Service includes:

• Un-boxing TV
• Mounting and Securing a TV larger than 32” (Note: Mount supplied by Customer must support Customer’s TV size).
• Connecting and configuring up to five (5) new or existing video and/or audio components provided by the Customer in the same room (excluding DVR, TiVo and Slingbox)
• Up to 7.1 Surround Sound. Speakers will be place on the floor or on stands provided by the Customer (wall-mount of speakers not included)
• Programming of 1 NON-learning remote
• Concealing customer provided audio and video cables in a standard frame wall, from the tuner source to the TV, up to fifteen (15) feet.
• Move trash/packaging from installation room in Customer’s home to Customer’s trash location.
• After verification of normal functioning of TV and components, customer is provided a checklist driven brief overview of the TV.

The service does not include:

• Trash removal from the Customer site
• Surround Sound System Setup
• Cable or wire wall fishing  (other than the limited wire concealment listed aboce)
• Installation of Satellites or running Satellite feeds
• Programming a learning or universal remote
