Dell - Basic Home InstallationTV Installation Service is designed for home users who require product installation and/or set-up, connection of audio/video components, external speaker installation and/or set-up, remote control programming, and basic customer orientation. TV Installation Service will be rendered on-site at the Customer's designated location in the Territory.
Connecting and configuring up to 5 new or existing video and/or audio components provided by customer in the same room (excluding DVR, TIVO, Slingobx)
Move trash/packaging from installation room in Customer’s home to Customer’s trash location.
Program basic functions of one (1) non-learning remote control device to operate connected components
After verification of normal functioning of TV and components, customer is provided a checklist driven brief overview of the TV.
The Service does not include:
Trash removal from the Customer site
Surround Sound System Setup
Cable or wire wall fishing (including wire concealment)
Installation of Satellites or running Satellite feeds
Programming a learning or universal remote
